Fogarty Advisory Services LLC “FAS” (formed in March 2000) is in business to own and manage real estate for its own account and as partner / manager / agent for a select group of investors
FAS targets the following types of investments:
• Underperforming and mismanaged properties
• Development opportunities within the Metro NY area
• Real estate debt available for sale at a discount
• Loans to qualified parties in need of capital
FAS is totally committed and aligned with the goals of its investors;

3. Added value from aggressive asset management during the life cycle of each investment
4. Investment vehicles are structured using a team approach and begin with an investor risk profile.
FAS Realty Group is managed by Patrick Fogarty. Mr. Fogarty has 20 years of experience in real estate and has the resources and capability to actively pursue his goals. The first stage in any of his investments is to determine risk appetite and identify investment product types. Diversification of the investment pool is prudent, balancing individual investment vehicles with varied term, hurdle rates, and Liquidity. The team consists of the Investor group, and Investment Manager. Outside professional services include the Architect, Engineer, Contractor, Accountant, Attorney and Lender. FAS will serve directly as the Investment Manager, and will expedite and oversee the entire process.
